I was vegan for years and still prefer to eat plant-based, so many of my recipes are vegan or vegetarian. I love cooking with veggies and I'm happy to share the tricks that I learnt through the years. Initially I found it tricky to make the flavours work when I started, as vegetarian food is definitely different to make, than meat based dishes.
I believe we eat too much meat in modern society, but since I have recently added some meat back into my own diet, I've researched the best sources of meat.
All my meals are also happily eaten by my children, unless I specify otherwise. Some recipes are originals, and others are recipes I've found and adapted to my style of cooking. If it's an adapted recipe, I will link to the original.
